Do you ship globally?
Yes, we ship to most countries around the world. Simply select your country from the list during the order process.
How much will delivery cost?
Orders are shipped using a tracked service and may require a signature upon receipt. Delivery costs for 1 unit are set as follows:
UK: £3.95
Europe: £7.95
Outside Europe: £19.95*
*Shipping costs outside Europe may be subject to additional import duties.
Where is my order?
The vast majority of our UK orders arrive within 1 - 3 days. For orders shipped outside the UK, please allow up 5 - 10 days for delivery. If your order has not arrived within this time frame, please get in touch and we’ll look into it right away.
Returns
General info:
We can only accept items returned to us within 30 days from the date your order was dispatched. All items must be returned to This Time Next Year before a refund or replacement can be issued. On receipt, please thoroughly inspect your item(s). Returned items must be in their original condition and be fit for re-sale unless we have been given prior notice of a fault. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item purchased is faulty or incorrect.
How to return:
To return an item, please email info@thistimenextyear.shop including the following details: your name, order number and reason for return. Once we receive your returned item we will organise your refund. You will be notified once your refund has been processed. If you have any other queries please don't hesitate to contact us.
